Well for starts osb is not a finished wall material, it’s a sheathing material. It would need to be covered by house wrap and some sort of siding/ stucco/ brick before that would ever be considered complete.

I thought so.. but was unsure if they could just leave it as is.. thanks.

Questions like this are best directed to your builder -- only they know what's going on with your project.

I will talk to the builder. I was just looking for ideas on what I could do with it.
