My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is 2 1/4" red oak, sanded and finished in place. The stain is a custom blend of two stains, one of which was red mahogany, and the other was a dark brown. I'm sorry we don't remember exactly which color the dark brown was. This project was completed in 2014.
