Paula, you posted really late or early for you. Last night I couldn't see the two faces. When I looked today it jumped out at me right away. I guess it pays to be awake.

So many nice blues being shown here. My blues get overhead water, which isn't the best for their coloring, but I still love the blues!

    Flemish Sky

    Pewterware

    Venetian Star

    Trying again for Pewterware....

I bought 3 Blue Mouse Ears because who would want just 1? I also have Gemstone, Abiqua Drinking Gourd, Blue Haired Lady, Blueberry Muffin, Am I Blue, Van Wade Blue, Prarie Sky (Not as beautiful as Steve’s), Blue Wedgewood, Ulysses S Grant which is blue in my yard, and Blue Cascade. You really can’t have too many blues!

Also have Blue Hawaii and Blue Shadows.

Beautiful blues! Blues green up quickly in my zone. It is not unusual to have a heatwave to the mid-90’s in my zone in May, so the wax that makes the blue color melts quickly. I envy the big blues that grow up north!

    My best blue is Halcyon

Blue Dolphin - behind St. Paul and Golden Tiara.

Blue Hawaii - wish it would grow!

These three Blue Cadet looked quite blue early in the season.

    Krossa Regal

Blue Monday, which I planted in approximately this location.

These are Jetstream. I fostered them for the club sale, but didn’t keep one... what was I thinking?

This was June 8 and Elegans is losing some blue due to sun. But it makes me chuckle to think about Queen of the Seas - the pot, upper right. By late In the season, when I gave it away, it was almost yellow. Elegans was very green by then. Hopefully, as the tree grows, there will be more shade.

paula, the second time I looked, I saw the two faces. Since no one else has made a suggestion about the annoyed squirrel, I think it is Nicholsworth’s and he’s giving her the stink eye because she hasn’t given him his daily peanuts......lol

BTW what was the answer to the math question?

steve, stop being self deprecating.......your photos are perfect.....you and I have similar tastes in hostas, and I have Neptune, Waterslide, and Prairie Sky and will be receiving Parisian Silk. But your Prairie Sky looks better than mine......darn

    Beth, love that Diamond Lake

peren, what can I say? You have so many...that Smokey Mountains is so beautifully upright, blue and rumple, great combo

sherrygirl, both of your blues are perfectly photographed and show the best color

nicholsworth, your Blue Angel is so blue.....mine is more green except early spring....is yours in sun? Mine is in pretty much shade......wonder if that’s the difference?

shadow, you took a great picture of Krossa Regal. Isn’t Fragrant Blue so distinctive? Your Stolen Ability is stunning! I have not heard of this one, love the leaf shape purple legs

sandyslopes, how much do you want for your Flemish Sky? I want to buy it!! Lol

utog ,your Halcyon has great color

old_dirt, I love Blue Mouse Ears, I have 3 but none are as nice and round as yours and your Hadspen Blue really pops the color in that bed it’s planted in

windymess, beautiful Halcyon! How old is Blue Hawaii? It seem several years before mine got big....... I must know, what is that bright hosta behind? Also your yard shot with Blue Monday is gorgeous!

debra..our squirrels do pout! Lol..they sit facing the window and stare until they know we see them!..when we walk out the back door of our garage there they are..one came into the garage when I opened the door to go out..Lol
my Blue Angel has morning light..planted by the house with an eastern exposure..and I think I took the picture when the light was just right to capture the blue..I caught it on a good day..your Blue Angel looks quite blue in comparison to the green hosta to the left of it..it does look more green in the pic below it where the blooms are further along..also your Fragrant Blue and Prairie Sky look really blue on my phone..

Blues are new for me due to the hot summers. Blue is my shortest season.

Blueberry Muffin on left, Infatuation on right.

Prior to rearranging due crowding, Waterslide and Hovercraft flank the chartreuse Frosty Morn in front row.

Not a great picture, but Summer Squall in June is a stormy blue in 7b grown in part-shade to part-sun.

Blue Tooth in early spring, while Neptune is just getting blue (white pot in back row)

    Waterslide

    Queen of the Seas (young)

    Krossa Regal (the biggest one)

Debra- thanks! The bright hosta in the Blue Hawaii background is Rainforest Sunrise.

Your BH looks fantastic! I bought mine in 2016. I’ve never moved it, but I think there have been a couple years where it wasn’t getting enough water... it took a while to figure that out... and hopefully now that problem has been solved. We’ll see how it does this year.

Utog, I think the Prairie Sky is on the left in your pic........🧐
