Bathroom Decor Help

We are renovating and becoming the owners of my parents 1949 ranch house. We are not going full on mcm as the house really has a transitional, cottage feel. The owner's bath was updated in 2005 with high end cabinetry which we are keeping and not painting. We are going to get by with the tile for now and want to enhance the lakeside/beach/natural feel. The vanity wall is problematic because there are windows over the sinks and the mirror must be placed between the window. That wall space is 45 wide by 38 high. The vanity is about 8 1/2 feet long. The bulkhead over it must stay due to the roof slant. Electrical is coming in 1 week to install 3 new overhead led wafers which will be placed over the middle of the 2 windows and above the center of the empty wall space/future mirror. The ceiling is already wired for hanging pendants which we can keep or move. I've included pictures of glass pendant covers from Lowe's and 3 mirrors I am considering just for a feel will look best. Here are my questions: Should I go pendant lights or sconces? What size mirror and what color/style of frame? What paint colors for the wall and trim? The room faces east and has 1 north window, too. The color palette for the house will be sandy beiges and blues with some brown, though nothing has been painted yet. I am open to new drawer handles but am keeping the chrome/brushed nickel faucets. The reason for that is there is an awesome jacuzzi tub and we are putting a much-loved, mood setting, flush mounted, tin light fixture from Mexico over the jacuzzi that gives off an incredible starry light. Thank you in advance for your ideas!
