That is a steel pivot gate with Polygall insert's. there is a post set in concrete with a thrust bearings in the gate to allow it to spin freely.

This project is a Levante custom color horizontal spaced fence with alternating size materials. @Bonick Landscaping is correct on this particular gate picture.
