opinions requested for boys bathroom remodel

Hello- it’s time to bring this bathroom from silly little boy to teen bathroom. This is our boys bathroom and we’ve decided not to sink a lot of money in the remodel because the ROI is low on 2nd baths and put more money into the master.

Items Staying in place:
*keep the countertop and sink
*keep the shower/tub
*keep vanity but paint it

Changes: We have leftover LVP from remodeling our main floor and will be installing that. I believe it’s Provenza Jet Set.

Changes that i have questions about:

*tearing out the builders grade large flat mirror
*what type of mirror to put in place
*suggestions on hand towel holders

Here are current pictures of the room- vanity is 55 1/2 wide. The room is about 7 1/2 feet in length by 5 1/2 feet (wall to tub) or 8 sigh feet including tub/shower.

I’m considering one pivot mirror that’s more slender than the vanity as to allow for a towel holder on each side of the mirror (one for each boy) as shown in the referenced pics below.

Thoughts or suggestions please. And be kind about the gaudy blue. They were little when we moved in and we let them pic a One Fish Blue Fish brightly colored theme.
