We have these installed in our new build, but we haven’t moved in. Sorry I cannot help you reposition the shelves. I hope we don’t have to reposition ours anytime soon.

I would ask your contractor to let you install them down the road at the location that works for you because once they are in they are impossible to re-position.

Pull the glass shelf out leaving the clips behind move the clips to the new height, then slide the glass back into the clips gently

Im having the same problem! you cannot remove the shelves because the door (once installed) is in the way this cant be that difficult

It turned out mine was defective and the holes were not properly drilled—this may be the case did you as well unfortunately

I figured it out! I had to replace a broken clip, and it turns out you can buy a parts box with extra clips. I thought I was out of luck when I tried to put the shelf back in but then I figured it out. I put one set of clips on the right side of the shelf and left the other set on the left side, in the holes of the cabinet. Then I angled the shelf so the right side the one with the clips on it was up in the air and inserted the left side of the shelf into the clips that were already in the cabinet. Then I very carefully and slowly move the right side of the shelf down, it was a tight fit but eventually I was able to pop it into place! Good luck!

Tried it with Stephanie’s technique. She is a goddess in getting hers in. I just spent almost 2 hours trying to avoid the need to take out the doors. I also created 14 new cuss words in the process. Who? Who in the design department of Koehler thought this was REMOTELY a good idea. UNBELIEVABLE! Last Kohler product. I keep buying their stuff thinking, “ Oh, this one will be great.” buzzer WRONG! Shame on me for having hope.

Same problem. Tried all of the ways above but none of them work. The fir of the shelves without the clips has only tolerance for one clip.
