last time ! color advice needed

So I am second guessing my choices and could use some advice...
Our kitchen, entryway, living room and dining room are connected by large archways and all lined up. The hallway leading to upstairs starts in the lining room and closes with a door. Also off the living room is our bathroom. Old house where we took walls out to open up the space...
so. I picked Pale oak with Chantilly lace trim in the living room and dining area.
seapearl with CL trim in the hallway.
Now, my issue is with the entryway/kitchen. more modern part of the house, more recent extention. We remodeled the kitchen, it has white wash wood details in the ceiling and covering the range hood, untinted concrete countertops, white Axtad cabinet on the wall and navy on the island.
I was going with Chantilly lace for trim and walls in different sheen for simplicity sake. BUT I really love the contrasting darker trim, that being said we have lots of windows and the trims are nothing fancy.
And I am scared the white on white will look like we haven't painted because the living room will not be all white... and I also don't want it to look stark and uninviting... ( white dove looks yellow in the kitchen that gets a lot of natural light)
... anyways with the white cabinets, blue cabinets, grey countertops and wood... I'm scared colors will be too much in there...
what would you do?
