Hi Carrie, thanks for answering! What I don't like about the floor is the fat greige grout lines for one. Honestly, I've been looking at that tile since 2009 and I am just ready to do something else. The quartz I am going to put on the vanity is so beautiful -- pure white Carrera with very subtle gray streaking. I'd like a nice new floor to go with it. I just don't know what. It's the guest bath off a hall that has beige carpet. I want to keep this tiny bathroom light and airy, not too fussy or too modern. Not into the new patterned tiles. Any ideas?

You said no gray, but I think that would complement the counter. Do a very light silver.

How about a dark floor like slate or a dark porcelain tile that looks like slate. I personally prefer 12 x 24 rectangles, medium to large hex, or a herringbone layout over square tiles.

I thought of that. But (I am no designer) I also thought you weren't supposed to have dark floors in a tiny bathroom because it would make it feel even smaller. What do you think? Thank you for your ideas!

With the countertop you are using, I think there are a few ways to go. I think the best would be a light silver/gray. Something like this would look great.
