Is this black mulch with flagstone pavers? Thanks!!

I have a small walkway and love this! I would like to know what the pavers are made out of, and if you put mulch around the plants. Thanks so much! :)

    The pathway is made up of granite pavers. At Marenakos Rock Center in Preston they will take a granite boulder and slice it into 2" thick slabs.
    The mulch is called GroCo. It is a chocolate colored mulch made up of a mixture of sawdust and biosolids byproduct from waste water treatment plants, then composted for a year. So it's sawdust and people poop. Sawdust Supply in SODO supplies it. I love it.
