Looks like your approach side, away from the lake, needs a pressure washing of both the house and paved area. Have you considered a DIY stamped concrete for that area to give it a more natural stone or paver appearance? I would plant the bed up just like the one on the lake side, and curve it on around the edge of the concrete to the parking pad and perhaps to the street. The same low plants will hide the in-ground utility access from direct view when approaching or when sitting on the patio. If meter readers have to approach them, leave some way to get access. Most are read remotely these days, so check on that. Change the storm door to a full glass one, possibly painted to match the main door color. That could be brightened up, maybe to match the red chairs, if you don't think it will look like Christmas. Most Houzzers will complain about the shutters on the large windows, but I think they look fine, and without them the house would be pretty plain. On the approach side of the house (especially on the shorter windows,) you might repeat that green color with flower boxes if you live there year round and have a green thumb for that. I like to line the boxes with some waterproofing and just rotate pots of seasonal bloomers or greenery in and out of the boxes. The furniture on the covered patio is blocking access to the doors and looks more like it is stored there than that it is arranged to enjoy the lake. Maybe some of it could move to the other patio. Could the table and benches move under the high window in the corner? They could go parallel to it or perpendicular depending on which way allows better access to the benches.
