In February I came on looking for advice for my bedroom. During that time a few people asked me for pictures of the rest of the main living areas for “staging” advice before listing. I still had big projects going on so I said I’d be back. I’m back now and for some reason I’m unable to post to the original discussion. I want to thank you all for thr suggestions and welcome any more suggestions before we list Tuesday. I still have to replace the electrical coverings, paint the bathroom and steam the curtains, comforter and table runner, but here are the pictures as promised.

Thanks again.

It looks move-in-ready, are you sure you don't want to stay? LOL.

Haha! I’m in the military and they’re sending me 600 miles away. That commute would be miserable!

We completely gutted this house the past 5 years. It’s sad to leave it now.

I hear you. I said something to my husband about our next house and he did a double-take, "Next house?? We're just getting this place the way we want it."

Yeah, ok buddy.

Haha, that’s how I feel! however, we closed on our “next house” yesterday. 😬

Beautiful. That water view and fine finishes are what will sell your house....please let us know when you sell.

Lovely! Good luck selling and in your new location!

Beautiful. You did a great job.

Thank you. So much tome on houzz!

lovely! looks like it's full of light, and OMG that view!!!

curious: what do you think of the little dishwasher? I'm kind of tempted to get one that size (it's just the two of us).

also, best of luck for your move!

Thanks @User I think you’re referring to the trash compactor; the dishwasher is full size. LMK.

I think you should have this house sold in a matter of hours. Your photos show it beautifully and I think anyone could see themselves living there. Especially with THAT view. Good job. And thanks for your service.

Thank you for being willing to go wherever you are needed. And we all appreciate your service. Some young family is going to snap up this house within hours of listing. It looks clean, modern and inviting. Now you’re ready to do your next house. Let your fans on Houzz help you again. And let us know when it sells!

Okay. Wow. BEAUTIFUL! Where is it?? I’m so sorry you have to leave. And thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do, for the rest of us. Huge respect.

Oh - and I LOVE the sconces in the bathroom with the huge shower!

It's just stunning--you did a fantastic job!

Good luck in your next home!

Gorgeous! Can you share information about your kitchen floor?

Thank you everyone ❤️

The house is in North Carolina. I’m definitely going to be sad to leave it. Blood, sweat and tears went into it. I know you all know what that’s like!!

@pricklypearcactus, the floors are silver travertine in the French pattern.

Thank you! It’s going to sell in a heartbeat. I hope you’re packed...!

Lovely home! Thank you for your service!

Wow what a lovely home!!
