Kitchen lighting – black or brushed brass?

Please help me decide between black or brass in the below fixtures for my kitchen! It is a midcentury home.
Kitchen has creamy stucco walls and a textured wallpaper ceiling that we just painted white (primer only so far).
I'll be replacing the light over the sink as well.
