Relocated the garage door, which allowed us to "fill in the 'L'" and have some fun with the roofline.

Not the same house...sidewalk is changed, neighbor's house on left is now bigger and repositioned, the HUGE tree above the photographer in the second picture didn't exist before.... and they took out some pretty big trees on the left. Not the same height on the tv antenna either...

Nancy: a whole house remodel such as this with major roofline changes, new windows and systems, and new square footage would cost around $200-250/sf in the Bay Area, depending on finishes selected.

Codemeister: you are correct, same house, different camera position!

Isn't this a Craftsman Redo? I have a 1970's Ranch house and Im trying to get color ideas for the exterior.

thank you all very much! Without a great client and builder, this project would not have been a success.
