Need help dimensions for a standing bar with 2 wine fridge & overhang

I'm having a standing/high marble bar built for 6 people, to sit on both sides and have a meal if they wish. I would like to house two small wine fridges under, alcohol and glasses. I also want to keep a minimum over hang on both the long sides so people can bring their chairs in. Can someone guide me on measurements please?
