My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I had a for a while - a pretty good LLG hybrid. In my experience if you propagate it- not all plantlets come with a puff fantasy - it is a feature of this kind of fantasy, Otherwise - easy, good rosette, good bloomer.
