Ruggable problem

We have replaced our floors with natural white oak with a hard oiled finish. We have cats, and well - you know pets - so I was excited to get washable rugs from Ruggable. A couple runners and one big 9x12 for the great room. I really wanted to anchor all my design with navy, so I chose rugs in that color. I’ve taken up the large rug to wash it for the first time and took the opportunity to deep clean the room while I’m at it. I was puzzled by a shadow where the edge of the rug had been. As if the uncovered floor was really dirty, but we don’t wear shoes and the floor actually isn't that dirty. It finally dawned on me that the ink from the rug has been transferred to the uncovered part of the floor. I’ve been able to reduce that shadow slightly with a little extra scrubbing, but I don’t know if I dare put it back down. On the other hand, maybe now that it’s been washed the color won’t transfer anymore. I have not found any other similar stories yet. I’m sure Ruggable will claim their inks are colorfast, but I am not convinced it’s 100%. It’s very disappointing. Has anyone else heard or experienced anything like this? (I’ll try to get a good pic once the sun comes back up. It’s noticeable in person, but may be hard to capture on camera)
