The palms are not happy that is for sure. Where are you located? I see deciduous trees and some kind pine/conifer silhouette in the far distance. Has it been a bit cold recently?

I am in Sacramento California. We had a chilly winter, with temperatures dropping into the high 30s and mid 40s. There has also been quite a bit of wind.

That is not palm tree weather. Apply heat, food and water and see what happens. As long as the center emerging leaf stays green. There is a chance of life.

It could’ve been the cold weather. Also, are they in the same nursery containers or did you plant them in bigger containers? If you keep plants in the same nursery pots or too long all the soil will be pushed out and it’ll be nothing but roots circling around. Just a thought but they may have also dried out.
