We just moved into our new-build home. The deck was left unattended for close to a year. So it was loaded with grime. It was treated before install, but I’m not sure what they used. After cleaning, I still see these blotchy areas. What is it? And how do I remove them? Here I thought Tigerwood would be maintenance free. Doesn’t look like that will be the case. We are just going to let it weather (we live at the beach), so maybe these areas won’t be as pronounced once It dries and it bleached over time.
