Bathroom Design Help!

Please help me decide on materials and how to use them in my kids bathroom (ages:6, 5, and 4). The bathroom is a 9x7 room. Shower is on the left when you walk in and the sink is on the right with the toilet on the end across from the shower. I’m trying to go with a rustic nautical theme in my farmhouse. For the floors, I picked out this matte, textured, cream (with light streaks of grey and tan) porcelain tile that’s 12x24. Should I look for something different? I am thinking of a navy blue (not too dark though) vanity with white quartz countertop. Should I not do white and choose something that will match the floor more? I’m thinking of customizing the vanity from 72 inches to 70 inches and doing just one sink instead of two because I have two girls and I’m sure they’ll want more countertop as they get older. So I plan to slide the sink to one side and put a white rectangle undermount sink in. Is that a good decision?? For the mirror, do I choose one long rectangular mirror or do I get two mirrors with sconces between them? Will it look silly to do two mirrors if I only have one sink? I want to get two wood (block-like) shelves above the toilet fir decor and maybe a plant. The shower is my biggest worry. I’m currently looking at doing a white onyx shower (to match the white quartz countertop) but is onyx the best option or should I tile it? Or do something else? I also grabbed a sample of this wood porcelain tile that I really liked. Should I put that in there? Should I do a different color? And then, should I do a shower curtain or door (pull open or slider)? Should I go with gold fixtures or brushed nickel? Please help. Your advice will be greatly appreciated!
