We purchased beautiful quartzite slabs for the counter and backsplash in our kitchen. Unfortunately, they were installed today and the first thing I noticed was this really abrupt color transition on the backsplash right at the main focal point of the room. I’ve attached photos the the slabs prior to fabrication. I’m I wrong in assuming this was poor fabricator planning?
