Philodendron Noid

I have more noids - treasures found in neglected nurseries. None of these have names and it is REALLY confusing to ID a plant by Google research. Wondering if it could be Royal Queen/Majesty/Dark Lord.

The yellow shading on the smaller plant on the bottom is from thrips infestatio.. I have a severe thrips infestation with leaves to be stuck inside the cataphylls forever - and on a few plants I tried ”cataphyll surgery” which worked to release stuck leaves. in India neem oil is a way of life, we even use it traditional human medicine, so the neem oil i have is pure, a few drops in a liter of water with some soap to make it stick. Thrip damage in some philodendrons improved, but my precious Calathea orbifolia leaves shrivelled, crisped, and died, some of the shoots of a few philodendron also died, so now I am trying diatomaceous earth (the white on the leaves and the white gunk on the soil). It seems to be working, though it has only been a week.

Any help with ID of the two plants I have posted would be much appreciated.
