Thanks for your comments. I'm thinking of going with awning windows so I think the 2 you are talking about should look bigger with grills or centre piece. Considering black windows, doors, eaves, soffit and fascia with grey siding. Such a big decision. Wish I had a program that would let me preview before purchasing.

Have you played around with any of the visualizers from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore? I find they're a little clumsy but they help give a general idea.

I’d definitely let the stone go. I’d start with adding a huge wrap around porch. Front and side. This will help mask the jut out in the front I hope. I’d probably white wash the brick.
I think I see some more brick on the floor lol. I’d use that for a walkway from the porch. New front door. And I’d add French doors along the porch wherever the interior allowed. I agree with the above to add more brick wherever you can

I agree the stone is one too many finishes but matching brick will be impossible and painting new brick adds a new finish which we just said there are too many. Can the siding from the top floor be brought down to replace the stone?

Would suggest painting the main body of the house (all materials) the same color. This should help to unify the house exterior. Hard to see in the photo but it looks like there may not be any downspouts. Would install those if they are missing. Might consider removing the large tree on the corner. The yard would benefit from good landscaping. Good luck!
