If you want to sit out and have curb appeal, white chairs would be more visible.

A couple more ideas; two hanging baskets and a fairly large light fixture.

Urns would have more impact with flowers.

Do you actually sit out there and converse at shouting distance? Perhaps it would be better to focus on the landscaping and flowers for the porch. You need more color in the right side bed. I'm not a fan of the shrubs on the right and would remove all of them and do a new installation that relates more to the left side. Is there any kind of porch light?

The shrubs to the right are drift roses, so they will be blooming soon and through the fall. The bushes mirror those on the other side, with the exception of the Kaleidoscope Abelia since that bed to the right is smaller and can't accommodate them.

There are 3 recessed cans for porch lighting and landscape lights that light up the columns. We don't lack for light, but not a pendant or any wall fixtures there --just the cans.

I like the hanging lamp and also the lighter colored and smaller chairs that will make it look less cramped ideas already given. Early bloomers on the right as well would increase the appeal.

Also a slate gray tile on the floor and edge would add interest, size at least 12 x 24 inch tiles.
