Spider mites on my indoor plants!

Recently I’ve found out two of my plants are infested with spider mites, lots of webs and lots of mites. After further inspection of the other plants around it I’ve noticed some spider mites got on my other plants as well, although for these plants they must be new because I see no damage, no more than a small amount of adult mites, or any webs. I’ve been reading up on treatment. I’ve heard that rubbing alcohol is a good idea to use to get rid of the mites but this does not seem very safe for the plant. I also read a mixture of liquid and normal dish soap can help get rid of them, is dish soap safe? Does anyone have any advice how to get rid of them quickly and safely.
