Hi folks - about 7 years ago we purchased 2 mesh outdoor umbrellas from Sears. Aluminum poles and hardware, crank shaft to open/close, extremely heavy duty plastic-like mesh fabric. They are amazing. The wind blows right through them. And yes I realize they may not block as much sun as a full fabric one, but it’s pretty good shade and it’s worth the compromise for the wind factor.

In the past few years I’ve tried to find something like these - and, well, I don’t seem to find a true “mesh” umbrella anywhere. Certainly not in stores, and even more surprisingly no where online.

Does this type of mesh umbrella sound familiar to anyone? Anyone know where I might find something like this these days?
