In addition to the fuzzy leaves, the smallest leave in the top pic looks like its stem is rotted.
Did you just remove the dome? If so, and there has been condensation and excess moisture sitting in the crown, that could cause what you're seeing.

I had something like that happen with some starts (from leaves I set), when I left the baggie closed too long and didn't notice. It started to get moldy in there. I removed the bag entirely and wiped the mold off - no particular chemical, just my finger, gently - and the plants recovered and look just fine now. I can still see which leaves (two) were affected, but the rest of the crown has grown out and all the leaves look nice.

You can only know by giving it some time, it seems to me. If you want to try wiping with some Physan on a swab, maybe that would help, if you're worried. But for me, just the change in environment seems to have been enough.

Thank you both so much!! These were taken right after i removed the dome.. It's been a week or so.. Let me get fresh pictures of them to see if they look better.

Oh, one more thing: I'm remembering now that it wasn't just that I Ieft the bag closed, but that I had been watering from the top, got some on the crown (hard to aim just right), and didn't give it time to dry out before closing the bag again. Gotta be careful with slinging water around -

Wow, here you can see that the second row of leaves is extra fuzzy, but the newest ones in the center are fine! Y'all were right... It must have been the extended dome period.

Oh.. Duh.. Just looked at the photos i posted above and i didn't post a pic earlier of the one i just updated y'all with. But this one i know i did... And it is deff looking better.
