A100K $0 return expense? People don’t replace windows unless they are failing and have to be replaced. It just costs to much as a vanity project. It’s bad enough as a maintenance project.

Depends on how that brick ties into the sill and if there is framing between those windows vs. a full width span header.

You need to figure out if the lintel is one piece for the multiple openings or not. If they are individual lintels your project will be quite expensive very quickly. If they are one continuous linter the masonry/bricks in between should be able to be removed quite easily.

I do not think changing the window will contribute to the appearance/style of the home, nor do I think it will be worth the effort and expense. Perhaps if you moved the furniture and equipment and blinds from in front of the window it will improve the view.

You can do a couple of things to answer some of the questions: (1) Drill through the sheet rock just above the 5" spacing between the three windows. If you hit wood, there is a header above the three windows and a major expense is avoided if you move forward and replace the three with one large window as millworkman mentioned. The shade screens and interior grids are also blocking your view so don't repeat that with the new windows and you'll be amazed at the change.
