David Austin Rose - Desdemona (3rd year)

It's a healthy and dependable rose, bloom in flushes. The humid climate here doesn't ruin the blooms like some other DA roses (Poet's Wife, Charles Darwin, etc...)

So extra specially nice. Mine was great her first year, but has started to disappoint in the last couple years. Yours looks more like my Wollerton Old Hall, which I LOVE. In fact, I got Wollerton just in case I decide to SP Desdemona. You've motivated me to give her some extra attention this year. She is a heavy drinker, so probably needs more nutrients, too.

strawchicago, the orange one is Lady Emma, the yellow next to it is Molineux, the other yellow is The Poet's Wife

thanks for all the kind words everyone, i'm happy that you guys enjoy the roses as much as i do, i live in an area where to people, rose and knockout is one so they don't even know roses have fragrance or can look like like these
