My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Warning - Daylily vendor problem

I don't know how many of you have ordered from Sterrett Daylilies this year, but I did. The daylilies were delivered and were fine. However, I started receiving several e-mails from "Richard Sterrett" asking for money. After declining via e-mail, I finally called him and he said that he has been hacked. He had tracked it down to Nigeria and changed his e-mail address now. Please be aware of this if you plan on ordering from him or e-mailing him...............Maryl
