Dragonfly Tile, thank you for taking the time to respond. I am so disappointed, but it helps to know the scoop. Do you have any opinion on using pearl Lunada vs. satin on the floor? I thought both were okay, but then someone said that the pearl finish can wear off. Thanks again!

We have this Lunada Bay installed on the floor of our guest bathroom. It's Lunada Bay Agate Cortona (50% silk, 50% natural). We purchased it before the pandemic on 2/8/2020 and received the tile about a month later, but we didn't install it until last fall.

We're two adults, no kids/pets, and don't wear shoes in our house so I can't speak to the durability of the finish. That said, I vacuum it almost daily with our cordless Dyson and steam mop weekly and it's worked out fine.

@Julie K Did you use white grout on your floor tile?

We are building and EVERYTHING is back ordered: flooring, lights, cabinets, appliances, furniture - some as long as 6 months! My advice - rent a storage space and order everything you'll need ahead of time. Wish we had done this but we are learning the hard way.

@jmjohn59, I believe our contractor used Artic White grout on our floor. We have Glacier White Corian baseboards in our bathroom to match our GW Corian tub surround, so he thought a white grout would look best. I know most people stay away from white grout, but we don't allow shoes in our house and we use a steam mop to clean our floor.
