Design Dilemma Kitchens

Not-Stainless Workstation Sink

Currently I have a 2 basin 33" enamel sink in a 36" cabinet.
I want to get a single basin undermount workstation sink. I love the idea of letting dishes dry over the sink on a rack.
I've found workstation sinks to be almost exclusively stainless or aproned. I don't want to go back to stainless and I don't like the apron look. Love my enamel sink and the hinged drawers below it.
Anyone have suggestions/experience with an enamel work station sink? Or if need be, fireclay or quartz?

Undermount any sink with a 1" flange or so and leave a 1/2" positive reveal and you'll have a workstation sink.

Perhaps this would work without the cost of a specialty sink?

IMO work station sinks are the biggest rip off ever. A good single bowl sink as large as possible for the cabinet is all you need. If you want to dry dishes over the sink get a rack. BTW IMO stainless is the only material for a kitchen sink. I aslo suggest you use the DW more and hand wash less.

Stainless is by far the best choice for a kitchen sink. We regularly pull out 50 year old stainless sinks that just need a bit of cleaning up to serve another 50 years.
