If it’s only been planted a week I’d do absolutely nothing. In a few weeks you should be able to tell if there is really a problem. Snip off the dead bits and be patient.

Looks like frost/freeze damage on new growth. I've got it here after a hard freeze.

are you in denial about midwest april weather.. or did it somehow miss you ..

and keep in mind .. the damage could have happened before you brought it home ...

and the transplanting did not help ... that of course is an extreme stress ...

OP says the weather has been great and the thing’s only been in the ground a week. Also only one is affected. So it’s unlikely to be freeze damage imo. Unless the company dispatched a single already frost damaged plant along with some good ones.
