Possibly variegated Hoya 'Mathilda'

Hoya obovata 'Splash'

I've looked at so many pictures of Hoya obovata 'Splash' and looked at dozens for sale and can't find one that has anywhere near the variegation of this one in that picture. That one is superb! I'm not much of a hoya person, but I'd sure snap up one that that.

I believe the amount of splash a Hoya gets has to do with the kind of light it gets. It's counterintuitive to me, but it seems like the less direct light mine get, the splashier they CAN be. But understand that the silver flecking is more or less an anomaly and is often not stable. I got a cutting of a nicely flecked Hoya fungii that put out a few splashy leaves then proceeded to stop. I keep watching and hoping for more of the splashy leaves!
