Okay first velvet is probably one of the least pet friendly fabrics you can choose. As for style IMO sectionals are always the most expensive way to buy the most uncomfotable seating. Comfort comes from arm rests so except for the 2 seats at the end everyone else is sitting just like the middle seat no one wants on a sofa. Get a sofa 2 chairs and you have 4 people who are always comfy. If you read poor reviews why even consider that brand. IMO the best way to buy any seating is shopping and sitting.

Both companies I have been researching have performance velvet that is designed to be pet friendly, and that is one review that has been consistent. I am asking for anyone's experience with Burrow. We've also been looking at 3 seat sectionals with a chaise, so there would really only be one "unsupported" middle seat, just like on a regular 3 seat sofa. You are right, shopping and sitting is ideal, but we these companies had been recommended to us, so I was just trying to gather information. Do you have any recommendations for other quality companies/brands?

With Interior define though I want to get it out there that the performance plush velvet scratches!! We’ve had our sofa for exactly one week (after waiting six months which was longer than their 18-22 weeks they said initially) and our cat who has simply run across it has caused deep gouges all over it that I don’t foresee a remedy for. This fabric is touted as kid and pet friendly! Even though a cat might be deterred to intentionally scratch this type of fabric it is still very delicate.

We ordered the Tatum sectional with the down alternative fill - which you'll find lots of complaints about the regular down fill and the slouching. I will say it does feel substantial and overall good quality. The cushions are very heavy and so I'm hoping will keep their shape.

In my research I haven’t come across anyone talking about this fabric issue. After this much waiting and $5K it’s pretty depressing.

Id avoid interior define for sure -horrible quality for the price. cheap frames, springs and fabrics that dont last and theyre not particulalrly helpful once the sofa is a year plus old. dont know much about burrow
