where were the inside stem railings purchased?

I had to remove the wooden stair railings in my 100 yrs. old home to get my king size headboard for my bed upstairs. I want to replace the removed railings with wrought iron ones. I love the design of the railings in the photo & would like to purchase them.

The railing was custom made by a local metalworker. But I would suggest looking at Julius Blum's website. They have many metal railing components.
