Maybe Top Brass?

Sorbet? but I think the center is pinker. Mine will be blooming for the first time this year and I got it at some big box store.

It's not yellow enough for Top Brass, not pink enough for Sorbet. It looks a lot like Rhapsody, although the outer petals would be rounder. It has the right mix of blush pink and pale yellow with the outer petals pink. Does it have a lot of small side buds that never bloom?

It did have a lot of buds that never bloomed! I suspected that was because it was just transplanted last year. Wish I had another picture of a bloom with the center visible, but they melted in days and days of rain.

Here's a pic of my ToP Brass. The one in the background is an older bloom. It fades from blush to cream.

Perhaps, yours is Rhapsody as HU noted above because the guard petals on yours are pink rather than white like Top Brass.

On second thought, after Googling a lot of Rhapsody pictures, the center puff of pink tends to be shot here and there with bright red stripes like a Festiva Maxima, so I'm no longer so sure. Whatever it is, it's very close to the variety that my mother grew, dead side buds and all. As that plant matured, the flowers got more complex in form with alternating rings of cream and pink. It tends to favor flower quantity over size as it ages.

Backstory: Our peony started as a single leaf sprouting in the middle of the lawn of the summer home my parents had just bought in the 70's. I noticed it while mowing, and mowed around it, suspecting it was something worthwhile. We had Festiva Maxima back home so I knew what peony leaves looked like, but this single leaf was barely six inches high; was it really a peony?. So I kept mowing around it, although my brothers weren't so careful. Finally after four years of mostly not-mowing, it bloomed, revealing its true identity. It grew, was split several times, one clump ending up in the vegetable garden where it thrived.

If you found it as a seedling it is a no name. So name it what you will as long as you do not try to sell it. If you sell or trade parts say that it was a seedling.
