Get a planter with a good space for drainage included in the planter or do what I do and in very large planters I use styrofoam for a deep drainge idea and then fill with dirt it makes the pot lighter and provides lots of drainage space

That is just a PITA waiting to happen. You now have irritation parts encased in cement and tile. The only way to hide that is through the drain hole in the bottom of the urn.

Christopher, I know. I just dont know what to do as an alternative. I just hoped for drip line to the pots and This is what I got

I don't think there is an easy answer. I don't know what style of urns and plantings you have envisioned either so I will just throw a bunch of ideas at you.

Cap off the irrigation lines outside the pool decking. That day will come at some point I feel certain. Just get it over with. You will have to hand water. Use sculptural xeric plants in the urns that don't need a lot of water. That will reduce or eliminate the drainage on to the pedestals.

Instead of urns and plants do statuary. If you want to make use of the drip lines, connect them to the pool plumbing and have your statues spit water into the pool. Dolphins, mermaids, cranes?

If I think of a Plan C, I'll holler.

Oh, Plan C was to turn the pedestals themselves into planter boxes by removing the tile tops. I would not be in the least bit surprised if they have cement bottoms via the pool deck so Plan C may not work.
