I need to see an actual to scale plan but at first glance there is no space for a sofa where you have seating now and you need to show the grill area if you want to add more seating. IMO a nice table and chairs would be a good addition but I need a plan.

You don't necessarily have to do a sofa set. You could easily do four chairs as well. Here are a few outdoor designs we've completed for clients which might just aid you with your dilemma.
