Landscape design in the Baltimore area is no stranger to the current trends changing the way homeowners design their home spaces. Some people are gravitating towards new types of outdoor space fit for their ever-changing lifestyles, which include native plants, yoga areas outside, and charging stations.

I read an article that the ASLA recently reported on a shift in preference among homeowners with regards to landscape designs- namely using more natural landscaping than before as well as incorporating different features such as garden beds or dining terraces into their yard's layout.
