Was there something in particular that you wanted to find out? It would be easier to search for a specific topic. Or could you just post a question asking what you need to know? Otherwise you’ll just have to put some key words into the search box at the top.

Since landscape design is only tangentially related to plant selection, you might have better luck searching in the plant specific forums......Shrubs, Conifers, etc. And since the choices of evergreen foundation shrubs hardy to a zone 4 is pretty limited anyway, it might be most helpful to ask for advice from your regional forum. There is both an Iowa Gardening forum and a Midwest Gardening one.

with any discussion of plants.. always include you big city location ... else you might learn all about plants you cant grow ...

on my laptop... at the very top of the page.. right next to the houzz loga.. is a SEARCH DISCUSSIONS bar ... but the problem with this.. is it searches titles.. and way to many peeps dont use searchable titles .. go figure ..

we used to say you were better off going to a search engine.. and houzz and your topic idea there.. and you got better search results ..

all that said.. i agree... just start a new discussion in whatever forum you wish.. and go from there.. and you dont need to include more than one forum.. regardless of the prompts ...
