Unfortunately with Ikea once something is discontinued it is gone for good. Ikea products are only sold by Ikea no one else. The places that sell doors for Ikea after aftermarket and they are making to fit. Ikea frames are patent protected. At least this is my understanding.

You can buy an all new box and doors from just about anywhere cheaper than you can have a custom company build to that old system.

I would list the doors/fronts you have on Ebay for those who need a replacement of a discontinued door/drawer front, sell them here and there, and move on to something new. Anything else would be throwing good money after bad.

It would be best to start over with an IKEA Sektion kitchen. It's only with luck that you'd be able to find all the cabinets and accessories you'd need to build a complete kitchen. You can sell off the doors and drawer fronts on ebay.

HOWEVER, if you DO manage to find the Akurum cabinets you need and want four birch-finish shelves for 18" base cabinets, I have four for sale on ebay right now!
