When I received my dwarf mahoi Banana Tree in the mail, I had to plant it in a pot.

So it has never been mature enough to bloom, but it did produce 2 shoots.

I realize I can keep the shoots to plant, But

What about the Mother Banana ?

Since she never fruited, is she still able to fruit or is this the sad end for her.

She seems to be doing great and looking quite alive even though only about 1 Ft.
