I would love some "helpful" tips on reviving these boxwoods or just letting me know if they are goners. I know many of you don't like boxwoods, bad choice, boxwood blight and so on...but I can't help it, I like boxwoods! So any advice pertaining to this issue would be well received.
I received about 30-40 dwarf boxwoods from my SIL who was getting rid of hers this winter. Given the circumstances, taken out and transplanted in winter during freezing weather I thought most would not take but all looked great up till a few weeks ago. A few have turned yellow and aren't putting on any new growth like the others. At looking on the insides, they are still green but the leave look dryer than the inside of the other heathly boxwoods. Do you think these just didn't take? Or is there still hope for them? I tried using more water, amending with some root starter and soil conditioner/compost a week or two ago but I'm not sure if those actions are actually helpful in remeding the situation.
