The vanity has to have two sinks, one at the regular hight and the other one at a lower height, The lower height one cannot have a cabinet underbeath so a wheelchair seated person can have some leg room. You can have sort of an apron for the lower vanity that hides some of the plumbing like in a hotel.

I have built a sink that looks the same as a normal sink but opens up to be wheelchair accessible. You might think about that if you are trying to keep your look.

Keeping both sinks is not a problem but keeping the symmetry of your vanity sinks are problematic. The one that is wheelchair accessible would have doors all the way up so that it could open up for access. I will keep thinking about it though!

Making some progress.. and plan to put in a new countertop with drop-in sinks.
