People on this board will recommend different brands for different items. Going with the same brand for all appliances isn’t a popular theme around here. Get stainless and get the brand you prefer for each item.

Get a Consumer Reports subscription, $10/month, and research the products. There's over 7 brands alone and here you'll get opinions from all over the spectrum with varying degrees of quality feedback. Do the legwork by visiting Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, even Build.com or Conn's websites for reviews and ratings.

I do an in-depth analytical comparison of online reviews then take it to Consumers. But I'm a data scientist so it's my happy time.

Agree w/above re: different brands. Definitely Bosch for the dishwasher. All the way, hands-down, no question whatsoever --> Bosch.

No recs for other appliances, since I'm not not in love with any of them (except that Bosch DW!) -- what I will suggest, though, is stay far FAR away from LG or Samsung. POS's came with the house -- the Samsung DW is gone but I still have the LG stove (which has already needed a few hundred-dollar repair not too long after moving in, when it was only a handful of years old) -- saving my P's & Q's for a Bluestar.
