I wouldn’t consider your kitchen rustic farmhouse and would stay away from anything too rustic/heavy. In regards to hardware, you can’t go wrong with the warmth of brass and consider mixing the shapes.

How you accessorize will play a really big role in creating a warm, inviting space.

Look for the Trevi series if pulls and knobs. I think the Tuscan Bronze would look amazing in your kitchen!

The style of your hardware will make a statement. Keep it simple. Your kitchen is already classic. Make sure the pulls have sufficient projection so anyone with large hands can use them.
Do you like a sharp edge, or a soft one? Pulls or knobs on the uppers? High contrast or a soft brass?
All these decisions make a difference. The best thing to do is BUY SAMPLES.
Here is my shaker kitchen. Knobs on uppers, plain pulls below.

May I suggest doing a process of elimination, holding up two handles, A & B. Which do you like better? Discard the less preferred, then hold up the preferred (either A or B) against handle C. Keep the preferred, and discard the less preferred. Go through your whole pile. It will help you to reach a decision, or at least narrow down to your top three.

#6 and #9 look the same for me.

Please post a regular picture of the space currently. I think I’d go for satin nickel. Simple hardware cup pulls on the drawers. And knobs on doors. Maybe a few of those latch style knobs on the cabinets flanking the hood. Will look for inspiration

I decided to go with polished nickel hardware in the end. Here are my final choices. Which handle-bin pull combo do you think is best with my cabinets? Can’t wait to make a decision and update all hardware!
Left: rejuvenation Vernon bin pull

I like this for everything. no knobs at all (I think your doors are too tall for knobs. the knobs disappear. use the handles. ) I also like the bin pulls (far left) for the second choice.

How is your Namib Fantasy "Hybrid" holding up? Is it honed or polished?

It’s holding up beautifully. Grains are really tight and even the coffee area, which is not seal yet, never got stained.
