i dont understand.. was it outside in sun.. and now you brought it indoors

and did this happen before or after you repotted ...

does the pot have drainage.. and why does it look like all the perlite floated to the top ...

I had one that had leaves that were curled up tightly, and the ones that were already open were turning yellow and dying. It was very pale and I thought I would lose it, for sure. I think mine was suffering from dehydration and lack of nutrients. I started giving it more of both and now it's a big, beautiful plant. My plant was never completely wilted looking like yours, so I'm not sure what would help.

1. That plant should never have been put in direct sun. Bright indirect light is best.

2. Make sure the pot it's in has a drainage hole in the bottom. Good drainage is important. You could be drowning it if it doesn't have a hole for excess water to drain out.

3. Give it some plant food following the directions on the package.
