Tested out quartz and porcelain samples with turmeric to see how easily they would clean and also dragged a scissor across to see if they scratched or left marks.
I've labeled the samples. My unofficial results:
Cambria did not scratch and was fairly easy to clean the turmeric.
Pental also did not scratch. The turmeric staining did come out but did take more to clean off than Cambria.
Bedrosian's porcelain did not etch or leave marks from the scissors but stained badly and I still can't get the stain out.
LG was very easily marked by the scissors. I cannot get the marks out. Didn't seem to stain.
