Induction cooktop

I’ve been doing a lot of research on induction cooktops. I have always Cooked with a gas cooktop, the research on the VOCs released from the natural gas is Making me think I want to change to induction I live in a condo building with no external vent (I can’t put an external vent in). I am putting in a ventless hood.


has anyone used the bosch or the gaggeneau induction cooktops?
